An oral Wegovy tracker for the pill and the half hour around it
The Wegovy pill works only if it is taken on an empty stomach with a sip of water and a 30 minute wait. The log has to track the routine, not just the tablet.
The Wegovy pill is 25 mg of oral semaglutide at maintenance, approved in December 2025. The routine
- First thing, before food, drink or other tablets.
- Swallow whole with no more than about 120 ml (4 ounces) of plain water.
- Wait at least 30 minutes before anything else.
A tablet taken with coffee or after breakfast is mostly not absorbed. It is not harmful. It is wasted, and at the self-pay price that is the thing worth tracking.

Missed a tablet
Skip it and take the next one the following morning. Never two in a day. If you have already eaten when you remember, the day is lost; take tomorrow's correctly.
