Tens of thousands of people are running peptide protocols today, mostly off Reddit threads, group chats, and PDFs they downloaded from a vendor. We think people running real protocols deserve real infrastructure.
The consumer app tracks 57 peptide compounds, parses lab PDFs into 36 structured biomarkers, and integrates Apple Health and Health Connect for sleep, HRV, weight, and resting heart rate. The Peptide Score we surface is a daily composite that combines those signals against the protocol you logged. The free tier covers core tracking. The upgrade ($6.99 weekly, $14.99 monthly, or $59.99 yearly) unlocks AI insights and biomarker analysis.
The platform behind the consumer app is what we are building for the rest of the industry. Compounding pharmacies, clinics, and longevity practices need the same data infrastructure we built for individuals. The consumer app proves the data model.
Peptide AI was founded in February 2026 by Cameron Cook. Bennett Santus and Sam Doyle joined as founding members.
The founding observation was simple. Cameron was running a peptide protocol and could not find a single tool that would track dose, log lab biomarkers, and tell him which signal moved because of which compound. Spreadsheets did not solve it. Notes apps did not solve it. The handful of vendor-built apps were optimized for selling the next vial, not for understanding the protocol. We started building the thing we wanted to use.
By the time we shipped the iOS build to TestFlight, the answer was clear. People running protocols want one place to log everything and one model that can tell them what is working. That is the consumer app. The platform behind it is the next decade of work.
