A free GLP-1 tracker, with the dose log the rest of the app reads
Every shot, every titration step, every vial, logged free on iOS and Android. The parts that read your body back are the only parts that cost anything.
A weekly injection is easy to lose track of. Was it Tuesday or Wednesday. Left thigh or right. Was that the second week on 0.5 mg or the third. By month four most people are scrolling back through photos of a pen to work it out. Peptide AI exists to make that question answerable in one tap, and the logging half of the app is free.
What the free tier logs
- The dose. Amount, time, route and injection site, with the vial or pen it came from. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and retatrutide are all in the 57-compound library, so the units are already right.
- The schedule. Set the titration your prescriber gave you and the app shows which week you are on, when the next step is due, and when the next shot is. Reminders are yours to customise.
- Injection sites. Abdomen, thigh, upper arm, left and right. The app flags when you are about to hit the same spot twice.
- Vials and pens. Doses remaining on every row, the expiry date, and a refill reminder at three doses left. If you are on compounded vials, the reconstitution calculator does the units for you.
- Food, supplements and training. Calories and protein matter more on a GLP-1 than they did before, because you are eating less of everything. Snap a plate or scan a barcode. The supplement scanner reads the bottle.
- Apple Watch. Log the dose from your wrist and see the streak without opening your phone.
What Premium adds
The free tier is the paper trail. Premium is the part that reads it. Bloodwork, with 36 biomarkers including HbA1c, fasting glucose and lipids plotted against the weeks you were on each dose. Weight, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect on the same timeline. The body scanner for composition. And Remi, the coach that answers questions from your own log and cites the research. Premium is $6.99 a week, $14.99 a month or $59.99 a year, billed through the App Store or Google Play, and the free tier stays free whether or not you ever open that sheet.
Why a GLP-1 log is worth keeping
Three reasons, in order of how often they come up.
The missed dose. The rules for a late shot depend on how long it has been. Semaglutide gives you a 5 day window on Ozempic and a 48 hour rule on Wegovy. Tirzepatide gives you 4 days. If you logged the last one, the app knows which side of the line you are on. Our missed dose guide has the full rules.
The titration call. Every four weeks your prescriber decides whether to step up, hold or step back, and the honest answer depends on how the last four weeks actually went. Nausea on days two and three after the shot but fine by day five is a different story from nausea all week. A log with dates is the difference between telling them and guessing.
The plateau. Weight loss on these drugs slows after the first several months. Whether that is the drug, the dose, the food, or the sleep is only visible when all four sit on one timeline. That is the Premium half, and it is the reason the free half exists.
What the app will not do
It will not tell you to change your dose, skip a step, or stop. Those calls belong to the person who wrote the prescription. It also will not sell you anything to inject. Peptide AI is a record, a calculator and, on Premium, a coach that reads the record. Everything you log is encrypted, exportable, and deleted on request.
Questions people ask
Is the GLP-1 tracker actually free, or is it a trial?
Free, with no trial clock. The dose log, titration schedule, injection sites, vials, nutrition, supplements, training and reminders are on the free tier permanently. Premium is a separate upgrade for bloodwork, wearables, the body scanner and Remi.
Does it work with compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Yes. Compounded vials are logged like any other vial, with doses remaining and expiry, and the reconstitution calculator converts milligrams to units on the syringe.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. The app is on the App Store and Google Play, and the free tier is the same on both. Wearable data comes from Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android.
Can I export my log for my doctor?
Yes. Everything you log can be exported from Settings, and most people bring the dose history and the weight line to the four-week review.
