These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PeptideAI LLC ("Peptide AI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Peptide AI mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2.1 All content, AI-generated outputs, peptide information, and research summaries provided through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2.2 You must consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before making any decisions regarding your health, wellness, medications, supplements, peptides, or any other health-related matter. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received through the Service.
2.3 If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the Service in emergency situations.
2.4 Laws governing peptides and related compounds vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws. Peptide AI makes no representation that any substance discussed is legal in your jurisdiction.
3.1 Peptide AI uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI"), to power the AI consulting and educational features of the Service. When you use these features, certain data is transmitted to these third-party providers for processing.
3.2 Data Transmitted. The following data may be sent to third-party AI services:
3.3 Purpose. Data is transmitted solely to generate AI-powered responses, educational content, and personalized consulting insights within the Service.
3.4 User Consent. Before any personal data is shared with third-party AI services, the app will present a clear disclosure and request your explicit consent. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time through your account settings. Withdrawing consent will disable AI-powered features but will not affect other Service functionality.
3.5 Data Protection Standards. We require that all third-party AI providers that receive your data maintain technical and organizational security measures that provide the same or equal level of data protection as Peptide AI's own standards. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, restricted access controls, contractual limitations on data use and retention, and compliance with applicable data protection laws. Third-party AI providers process your data under data processing agreements with Peptide AI that enforce these protections. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
4.1 HealthKit & CareKit Functionality. The Service uses Apple HealthKit to read and display health and wellness metrics, and Apple CareKit to provide care plan and health tracking features. These features include:
4.2 Permission Required. The app will request your explicit permission before accessing any HealthKit or CareKit data. You may grant or revoke access at any time through your device's Health app settings.

4.4 Not a Medical Device. HealthKit and CareKit features within Peptide AI are for informational and educational tracking purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
5.1 License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PeptideAI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Peptide AI application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
5.2 Scope of License. This license does not allow you to use the application on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
5.3 License Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application; (c) sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or distribute the application; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the application; or (e) use the application for any unlawful purpose.
5.4 Maintenance and Support. PeptideAI LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the application. Apple Inc. has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
5.5 Warranty. If the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.
5.6 Product Claims. PeptideAI LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
5.7 Intellectual Property. In the event of any third-party claim that the application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, PeptideAI LLC, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
5.8 Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
5.9 Compliance. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
6.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently.
6.2 Users aged 13-17 may use the Service only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. The parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.
6.3 The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6.4 By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
7.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
7.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7.3 You must notify Peptide AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree NOT to:
9.1 The Service and all content, features, functionality, trademarks, and associated intellectual property are owned by PeptideAI LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use.
9.3 No Reverse Engineering. You may not:
10.1 By submitting any data, queries, or content to the Service, you grant PeptideAI LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, process, analyze, and display such content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
10.2 You retain ownership of your original content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
10.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Peptide AI freely without obligation to you.
Without limiting the foregoing, Peptide AI does not warrant that:
12.1 This limitation applies to all claims arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
12.2 Peptide AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, health or wellness information, or any other content provided through the Service.
12.3 Our total cumulative liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Peptide AI in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except for disputes qualifying for small claims court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
13.3 Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
14.1 Peptide AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or conduct that harms the Service or other users.
14.2 You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including: Health Disclaimer, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any licenses you have granted.
15.1 These Terms are between you and PeptideAI LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
15.2 The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Service on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
15.3 Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Service. PeptideAI LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law.
15.4 Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Service fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
15.5 In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, PeptideAI LLC, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
15.6 Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Peptide AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on the Service and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Peptide AI also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without notice or liability.
17.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide AI regarding the Service.
17.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms continue in full force.
17.3 Waiver. No failure to enforce any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.
17.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Peptide AI may freely assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
