GLP-1 tracker

The best GLP-1 tracker apps, compared by what they actually log

Six apps, one table, and a straight answer about where ours is the right pick and where it is not. Based on each app’s public store listing in October 2026.

We make one of the apps on this list, so read the rest with that in mind. The table is built from each app's own App Store listing and public site, checked on 10 October 2026. Listings change. If one is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

How to choose

If you want to log for free and never pay, GlucoPal and Peptide AI are the two with a real free tier. GlucoPal does not even ask for an account. Ours asks for one so the log syncs between the phone and the watch.

If you only take one drug and want the simplest possible app, Glapp's weekly report and estimated medication level chart are the cleanest single-purpose view we have seen. It covers semaglutide and tirzepatide and, by its own reviews, not much else.

If food is the hard part, Glowise built the app around a photo of the plate, and MeAgain tracks protein and fibre as first-class numbers, which matters when appetite is low and muscle is at stake.

If you take other peptides alongside the GLP-1, that is where Peptide AI and Pep AI separate from the rest. Both log a stack, both have a body map, both do the reconstitution maths. Pep AI charges to track at all. We charge for the reading, not the writing.

If you want bloodwork on the same line as the dose, ours is the only one on this list that parses a lab PDF into biomarkers and plots HbA1c, lipids and liver enzymes against the weeks you were on each step. That is Premium, and it is the reason the app exists.

What none of them do

None of these apps prescribe, adjust a dose, or sell the drug. Every one of them says so in its listing, and the ones that do not are worth avoiding. A tracker is a record. The decisions stay with your prescriber.

Each app has its own page in our comparisons index, with more detail on where it is strong.

Questions people ask

What is the best free GLP-1 tracker?

Peptide AI and GlucoPal both have a complete free dose log with injection sites and reminders. GlucoPal does not require an account. Peptide AI adds vials, the titration schedule, nutrition, supplements, training and a watch app on the free tier, and keeps bloodwork and wearables for Premium.

Do I need a tracker app for Ozempic or Mounjaro?

Not strictly. A paper calendar works for a weekly shot. An app earns its place when a dose goes missing, when the four-week review needs a side effect history, and when weight stalls and you want to see what else changed.

Is MyFitnessPal a GLP-1 tracker?

No. It tracks food and weight well, and has no dose log, injection sites or titration schedule. Many people run it alongside a tracker. We wrote a separate page on using Peptide AI instead of MyFitnessPal.
