A Foundayo tracker built around the daily streak

A daily pill is easy to take and easy to forget. Foundayo has no food rules, a six-step ladder, and a short half-life that makes the streak the thing to watch.

Foundayo is orforglipron, Eli Lilly's once-daily oral GLP-1, approved on 1 April 2026 for chronic weight management. It is taken with or without food at any time of day. The practical consequence is that the routine is entirely yours to set, and a log that tracks the streak and the step date is most of what you need. The Foundayo guide covers the drug; this page covers the log.

The schedule

Foundayo titration, from the label
PeriodDoseNotes
First 30 days or more0.8 mg once dailyStarter dose
Next 30 days or more2.5 mg once daily
Next 30 days or more5.5 mg once daily
After that, if needed9, 14.5 or 17.2 mg once dailyEach step after at least 30 days

Six strengths, each held for at least 30 days. Not everyone climbs to 17.2 mg. The step dates are the calendar your prescriber works to, and the app shows the day count on the current step.

Missed a tablet

Skip it and take the next one at the usual time. Never two in a day. Orforglipron's half-life is in the range of a day or two, so a missed tablet drops the level more than a missed weekly shot does, and two missed in a row are worth a note at the next review.

Setting it up in Peptide AI

  1. Add Orforglipron from the compound library. The unit and the daily schedule are already set.
  2. Enter the titration your prescriber gave you. The app shows which week of which step you are on and when the next step is due.
  3. Add the pen or vial, with doses remaining and the expiry date. A refill reminder fires at three doses left.
  4. Pick a time and set the reminder. The streak shows on the watch and the home screen.
  5. Log each dose when you take it, with the site. Notes for side effects go on the dose.

What to log

  • The streak. Taken or not, each day. This is the whole game with a daily tablet.
  • Side effects as notes on the day, with severity. The curve on a 30-day step looks like the four-week curve on an injectable: worst in the first week or two, settled by the end.
  • Weight, weekly. From Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect on Premium, or typed in.
  • Protein, daily. The same muscle question as every GLP-1. The free food log shows it against your target.

Switching to or from an injectable

There is no dose conversion between Foundayo and semaglutide or tirzepatide. Prescribers start the Foundayo ladder from the bottom or from a step they choose. Some are using it to maintain after an injectable has done the losing. In the app, the two compounds are two lines on one timeline, so the handover is visible. The switching page covers how it usually goes.

Logging on Peptide AI is free, and that includes GLP-1s. The dose log, the titration schedule, vials with doses remaining, injection sites with a rotation reminder, nutrition, supplements and training are all on the free tier with no card. Premium adds bloodwork, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect on the same timeline, the body scanner and Remi, the coach that answers from your own log. The pricing page has the three plans.
