GLP-1 tracker

All the app comparisons, in one place

One page per competitor. Each says what that app does well before it says where ours differs, because the first half is what you came for.

We wrote these because people ask, and because the answer is not always "use ours." Every comparison is built from the other app's public store listing and site as of October 2026, says plainly when a feature is not listed rather than claiming it is missing, and ends with who each app is right for.

The comparisons

How we score them

Four questions, the same on every page.

  1. What does it log? Dose, site, side effects, food, weight, labs, wearables. Listed means listed in the store description. Not listed means we could not find it, not that it is absent.
  2. What is free? A free tier that logs is different from a free download that paywalls the log.
  3. What does it read back? Charts, reports, estimated drug levels, an AI that answers from the data. This is where apps separate.
  4. Who is it for? One drug or a stack. Food-first or dose-first. Casual or clinical.

Where Peptide AI is not the pick

If you want an app with no account and no sync, GlucoPal. If you only want a weekly chart of one drug, Glapp. If the food photo is the feature you will actually use every day, Glowise. We are the pick when the log needs to hold more than one compound, when bloodwork belongs on the same timeline, or when you want the writing to be free and the reading to be the thing you pay for.

The six-way table is on the best GLP-1 tracker apps page.
