Peptide AI as a Pep AI alternative
Pep AI and Peptide AI are the two apps on this list that log a stack rather than a single drug. The differences are in what is free, and in what reads the log back.
This comparison is built from the other app’s public App Store listing and website, checked on 10 October 2026, and from ours. "Not listed" means we could not find the feature in their description, not that it is absent. We make Peptide AI. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What Pep AI does well
Pep AI is a record-keeping app for peptides and GLP-1s. Its listing describes inventory with vial photos, a reconstitution calculator, an interactive body map for site rotation, side effect tracking with more than 15 symptoms and severity ratings tied to doses, hydration with rings and streaks, and nutrition with calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre. It says plainly that it is for record-keeping only. It is free to download, and a subscription is required to use the tracking features.
Where Peptide AI is different
- The log is free. Dose, sites, vials, reconstitution, nutrition, supplements and training, with no subscription and no card. Pep AI's listing says tracking requires a subscription.
- Bloodwork. On Premium, a lab PDF is parsed into 36 biomarkers and plotted against the dose steps. Pep AI does not list labs.
- Wearables. Weight, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect, on Premium.
- Apple Watch. Log from the wrist, see the streak and vitals.
- Remi. A coach that answers from the log and cites the research, on Premium.
- A graded library. 57 compounds, each with a written profile and a plain statement of how much research is behind it.
Where Pep AI may be the better pick
Pep AI's side effect tracker is more structured than ours: a symptom list with severity, tied to the dose, with history. Ours uses notes on the dose and the timeline, which is flexible and less guided. If you want hydration rings and a water streak, Pep AI has them and we do not. If vial photos in the inventory matter to you, it has those too.

Logging on Peptide AI is free, and that includes GLP-1s. The dose log, the titration schedule, vials with doses remaining, injection sites with a rotation reminder, nutrition, supplements and training are all on the free tier with no card. Premium adds bloodwork, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect on the same timeline, the body scanner and Remi, the coach that answers from your own log. The pricing page has the three plans.
