Peptide AI as a Glowise alternative
Glowise built its app around a photo of the plate and a chart of the drug in your body. Here is how that compares with a log built around the dose and the bloodwork.
This comparison is built from the other app’s public App Store listing and website, checked on 10 October 2026, and from ours. "Not listed" means we could not find the feature in their description, not that it is absent. We make Peptide AI. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What Glowise does well
Glowise is an AI tracker for nutrition, weight and medication. Its listing describes logging doses, meals, water, activity and side effects, with a food scanner that breaks a meal down from a single photo and lets you edit the result, and a visualisation of the drug's estimated half-life in the body to explain changes in appetite and side effects. It is a freemium app with a trial and several subscription tiers. For someone who will log every meal by photo, the scanner is the feature.
Where Peptide AI is different
- Free logging. The dose log, vials, titration, nutrition by photo or barcode, supplements and training, with no trial and no card.
- More than the GLP-1. 57 compounds with the reconstitution maths.
- Bloodwork. On Premium, a lab PDF becomes 36 biomarkers on the same timeline as the dose steps. Glowise does not list labs.
- Wearables. Weight, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect, on Premium, rather than activity alone.
- Apple Watch for logging from the wrist.
- Remi, on Premium, answers from the log with the research cited.
Where Glowise may be the better pick
If a photo of the plate is how you will log food, Glowise made that the centre of the app. Ours does photo and barcode logging too, and shows protein against the target, but it is one feature among several rather than the one the app is built around. If the half-life chart is what you want to look at each day, Glowise draws it; we explain it on the half-life page and do not draw the daily curve.

Logging on Peptide AI is free, and that includes GLP-1s. The dose log, the titration schedule, vials with doses remaining, injection sites with a rotation reminder, nutrition, supplements and training are all on the free tier with no card. Premium adds bloodwork, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect on the same timeline, the body scanner and Remi, the coach that answers from your own log. The pricing page has the three plans.
