Peptide AI as a GlucoPal alternative
GlucoPal is free, needs no account, and has the clearest injection site map of any GLP-1 app. The question is what you want next to the dose.
This comparison is built from the other app’s public App Store listing and website, checked on 10 October 2026, and from ours. "Not listed" means we could not find the feature in their description, not that it is absent. We make Peptide AI. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What GlucoPal does well
GlucoPal logs each shot with the site, dose and medication, places it on an injection site rotation map so the next spot is obvious, and tracks calories, water, protein and side effects. It supports many injectables and pills, including compounded and generic versions, and shows the dose and titration step next to the weight trend. It is free to download and use with no account, and an optional Pro subscription unlocks more. For a single-purpose GLP-1 log with no sign-up, it is hard to argue with.
Where Peptide AI is different
- The whole stack. 57 compounds, not only GLP-1s, with the reconstitution calculator for anything that arrives as a powder.
- Vials with a count. Doses remaining, expiry, the date mixed, and a refill reminder at three.
- Bloodwork on the timeline. On Premium, a lab PDF becomes 36 biomarkers plotted against the dose steps. GlucoPal does not list labs.
- Wearables. Weight, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect, on Premium.
- Supplement scanner and training. Point the camera at the bottle; import the watch workouts. Free.
- Remi. Questions answered from your own log, with the research cited, on Premium.
Where GlucoPal may be the better pick
If you do not want an account, GlucoPal is the answer; ours needs one so the log syncs between the phone and the watch. If the rotation map is the feature you care most about, GlucoPal's is the most visual version. Ours tracks sites and flags a repeat, but it is a list and a reminder rather than a map on the free tier; the injection map is part of the body scanner on Premium.

Logging on Peptide AI is free, and that includes GLP-1s. The dose log, the titration schedule, vials with doses remaining, injection sites with a rotation reminder, nutrition, supplements and training are all on the free tier with no card. Premium adds bloodwork, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect on the same timeline, the body scanner and Remi, the coach that answers from your own log. The pricing page has the three plans.
