Peptide AI as a MeAgain alternative
MeAgain is a GLP-1 diary that treats food, water and progress photos as seriously as the dose. Here is what it does well, and what ours does that it does not.
This comparison is built from the other app’s public App Store listing and website, checked on 10 October 2026, and from ours. "Not listed" means we could not find the feature in their description, not that it is absent. We make Peptide AI. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What MeAgain does well
MeAgain's own pitch is that it is built for the GLP-1 routine rather than the alarm. It logs the dose and the injection site, then food with protein, fibre and water as first-class numbers, side effects, weight, and progress photos, all in one diary. For someone whose main struggle on a GLP-1 is eating enough protein and fibre while appetite is gone, that emphasis is right. It states plainly that it is for tracking and education only, and some features need a subscription.
Where Peptide AI is different
- Free logging, no clock. The dose log, sites, vials, titration, nutrition, supplements and training are free permanently. We charge for the reading, not the writing.
- More than the GLP-1. 57 compounds in the library. If you take anything alongside semaglutide or tirzepatide, it is in the same log, with the reconstitution maths for vials.
- Bloodwork. On Premium, a lab PDF is parsed into 36 biomarkers and HbA1c, lipids and liver enzymes are plotted against the weeks on each dose. MeAgain does not list labs.
- Wearables. Weight, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect on the same timeline, on Premium.
- Apple Watch. Log the dose from the wrist.
- Remi. A coach that answers from your own log and cites the research, on Premium.
Where MeAgain may be the better pick
If the food diary is the feature you will use every day, and you want fibre and water tracked with the same care as protein, MeAgain built its app around that. Ours tracks calories and macros with a photo or a barcode, and protein against a target, but water and fibre are not front and centre. If you want progress photos in the app, MeAgain has them; ours has the body scanner on Premium instead.
