How to reconstitute TB-500
- Swab the rubber stopper of the TB-500 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
- Draw your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water into a syringe (1 to 3 ml is common).
- Inject the water slowly down the inside wall of the TB-500 vial, not directly onto the powder.
- Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.
- Refrigerate and use within about 4 to 6 weeks.
TB-500 concentration by water volume
For a 5 mg vial, the concentration depends only on how much bacteriostatic water you add. More water lowers the concentration and makes small doses easier to measure.

TB-500 reconstitution FAQ
