The 2026 Peptide User Survey
How people who use peptides handle blood work, what they would pay for, and what is still missing. Open until 30 November 2026. We publish the combined results here.
Most of what gets said about how people actually use peptides comes from forums, sellers and anecdotes. There is very little data on the basics: how many people get blood work, how they get it, what they would pay for, and where the gaps are. So we are asking.
The survey takes about 2 minutes. Every question is optional, and it is about peptides in general, not about our app.
What we are asking
Nine questions in three groups.
- Blood work. Whether you have had any in the last 12 months and how you got it, which markers you would want on a panel, at-home kit or lab draw, what you would pay for one panel, and how often you would test.
- What people would pay for. Blood panels, a licensed provider who can prescribe, independent purity testing of peptides, or 1:1 coaching.
- Access and frustrations. How you usually get peptides (with a "prefer not to say" option), and your biggest frustration with peptides right now, in your own words.
How the results will be published
The survey is open from 2 November to 30 November 2026. We will publish the combined results on this page in December 2026: the number of responses, the share choosing each answer, and a summary of the written answers.
Results are only ever published as totals. We do not publish individual answers, and we do not quote written answers in a way that identifies anyone. Please leave names and contact details out of the written answer.
Method and limitations
- Who is asked. People on the Peptide AI email list (app users and past sign-ups) and anyone who finds this page.
- Format. An online form with nine optional questions: seven multiple choice, one pick-any list of markers, and one free-text answer.
- Sample. Respondents choose to take part, and most come from our own users. That makes the sample self-selected and not representative of everyone who uses peptides. We will report it that way, alongside the number of responses for each question.
- Funding. Peptide AI runs and pays for the survey. Our editorial policy applies.
