You can request deletion of your Peptide AI account, provided by PeptideAI LLC, and all associated data using either method below.
Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. De-identified and aggregated analytics data that is no longer linked to you may be retained, and backup copies are purged within 90 days. We may also retain limited records where required by law (for compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel your subscription there first to avoid further charges. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
