How to reconstitute BPC-157

  1. Swab the rubber stopper of the BPC-157 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
  2. Draw your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water into a syringe (1 to 3 ml is common).
  3. Inject the water slowly down the inside wall of the BPC-157 vial, not directly onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.
  5. Refrigerate and use within about 4 to 6 weeks.
